Contents of Role Centers RTC?

Does anybody have a document (white paper or so) in which I can read all about the contents of the personas, as implemented in NAV2009? I have found the documents about the Customer Model, but that seems to be a bit outdated.
Furthermore, there are only (less than) 21 roles available in NAV2009.

I would like to have a description about the activities, a role is working in, the processes he/she is concerned in and the rights a role has in the NAV2009 system. For every role that's available in NAV2009

I have no access to partner source.
Who ca help me?
