Error 3 in module 9

Hi,

I have one of our clients getting Interal error 3 in Module 9, they are on Navision version 2.6 d and Windows Me. Any ideas how to resolve this error?

    Its an unknown error. u didnt give much information like when is ur client getting this error. may be when he is trying to use a module for which he has no license or may be some control whcih is not regsitered, etc.

    The error means Err_UT_ModuleNotRegistered (Module_UT,Err_Fatal(3))
    where UT is unknown type.
