Need solution in NAV Development in Farsi/Arabic Language

Hello,

There is one requirement from our client of having Navision in Farsi/Arabic language. By default this version is not available.

The main areas where we are looking for a solution are:
1. The date handling throughout the system has to be in the Solar calendar instead of the regular Gregorian calendar that we are used to this means that on all the reports , Forms the dates should be handled in the Solar Calendar format. The month names, no of days in a month etc have to be all handled accordingly.
2. The right to left alignment of the forms as you might know that these languages are read left to right thus when a form is opened the labels should all get placed to the right of the text boxes. If the form has more than one columns then the columns should also change positions.

What we need to explore is that using these tools is mentioned below:
1. Is it possible to create a language pack for Arabic using these tools.
2. When the Arabic language is selected is it possible to change the orientation of the controls on the form from left to right i.e the labels would appear on the right and the text boxes would appear on the left.
3. Is there a possible solution for Arabic / English users working on the same database at the same time.

For the above two reasons we have currently put the solution on a hold and it seems that there is no straight solution to these issues. Please provide the solution on the above requirements except for an option to change all the forms.
