nav 3.7 + c/odbc + msaccess = ODBC CALL FAILED (read-only)

Hi - i'm trying to get some raports from NAV using MSAccess 2003 and CODBC. I can query tables but when I add some grouping ODBC says that "Data source is read only" - it is because there is said that it should be marked as Read-Only in ODBC settings 
BUT
When I remove READ - ONLY atribute on ODBC driver notching changes.
Anyone has similar issue?
