Hi Friends,
My client wants to do Create a separate company, apart from main company. Maintain Transaction related to purchase order and Sale order separately ( i.e separte customer master, vendor master and Item Master, Sale/Purchase order related Receipt and shipment transaction) but payment is done in Main company. How can i go about it.. kinldy suggest me a soluion.

Answers
There are certain points need to be consider before opening the new company. I believe you must have check all that. for instance the new company you want to open should be a legal entity with its own pan no. and TIN No. etc.
Intercompany works for purchase/sale among the companies. In your case what i can think is
Company A- Existing company(Makes Payment)
Company B- New Company (Purchases)
Company A will purchase on behalf of company B and will sell it later to company B later. But the problem is what about the revenue of the company B?
There are many financial implications needs to be taken care of.
I will suggest talk to some one exper in fincance and company matters.
