Stx File problem

Hi,

I have a client who has got a problem while performing a backup of his system. He got the following error message:

There are errors in the text conversion(text no. 1961-0 does not exist in the stx file. Internal Error:47-1.

Please help.

Note that he has tried to change the existing stx file in program files in case the file was corrupted with another fin.stx but still he got the same error message.

It seems that someone tried to open the 3.70 or older DB with version 4.00 or newer. Which version you are using?

The problem is that there exists the User Menu Level table which is system table and was not existing in older versions and your client version do not know what to do with it...
