Excise- CVD issue

Hi
I want to know the set-up to be defined for Purchase from Dealers where Excise Duty+Edu.Cess+She Cess and also CVD is included as part of price. I cud set-up excise perfectly but CVD i ve problem.
Can anybody highlight the set-up. Pls note CVD is not in % since the Dealer is quoting in per unit or amount.
