Problem with outlook synchonization

A customer of my has installed Sharepoint and Entrepreneur SP1. This has the same base as NAV 5.0 SP1.
After installation of the outlook synchronization a connection must be made in outlook. The server, database and company name is setup and the button Connection is pushed. A timeout error occures.
The following steps are made:
- Re-installation of Outlook synchronisatie incl. NAS and restarting the server.
Same result.
- After the re-installation the event viewer gives the following error:
Failure Audit: MSSQLSERVER
EventID: 18456
Login failed for user HKSUSPENSION\naslogin
- Logging in manually with the user naslogin on the server and in SQL goes well.
- I looked on http://www.eventid.net with eventID = 18456.

Some people gave a problem with sharepoint (EventID:1000)
- I have looked at the event viewer and the same error occured:
Error: Windows Sharepoint Services 2.0
EventID: 1000
Unable to connect to database STS_Config on HKServer\Sharepoint

I'm not familiar with this problem and knows an solution?
