sales person commision - different way

Hi

In navision in sales header or purchae header u can give the percentage for each sales person / Purchaser.

But my client is asking they are paying per qty and per Unit of measure wise , not based on the invoice wise.

That means If the Qty = 1000 KGs then per each Kg they will pay 1 LCY

That they want in sales / Purchase Line wise not header wise.

How can we do this in Navision .

You can use "charges' in structure to achieve if commission is based on each and every invoice else u need to customize.

I think structure will not solve my problem.

Because I created sales order with 3 items.
For first item I may pay commission based on the per qty.
For second line based on the per commission if qty cross above 1000 pcs.
Like this……

Could u throw some another solution to solve this.

This is not standard NAV. Do what the client hired you to do, i.e. do a thorough analysis of the client business, translate and develop that within NAV.

I think those 'Structures' are part of the Indian localization, seeing as a lot of Indian folks seem to have trouble with that.
