Making Purchase Order From External Application(Help)

Hii All
I am facing a problem on creating a Purchase Order on Navision directly from an external application-(Form). Can it be done through C/Front.? Have no idea on c/front any one please give me an introduction on c/front will it depend on the external application. Can a C/front work for all external application form to create PO in Nav

U can do it using text file to connect your external application with navision

I'm new on nav, maybe some experst gooing to tell the raight way but this is how I sloved my problem

As you said using text file to connect your external application with navision.
First you have to convert the purchase order from external and then have to import to nav right?(Dataport-csv).
I want to enter the relavent field directly into navision purchase header so that it can be posted from nav purchase order
