Depreciation Book Code
Depreciation Method
Depreciation Starting Date
No. of Depreciation Years
FA Posting Group
Acquisition Cost
Depreciation
Book Value
Acquisition Date

when applying data migration i got this error:
Error Text: %1 is not a supported datatype.
Field Caption: Acquisition Cost

whereas my acquisition cost is in number format.

Kindly advice on what to do.

This error May be because this Acquistion Field is a flow field. which sums the value based on FA ledger Entries

so i need to create a fa journal entry, type acquisition?

but why put the acquisition cost field on the migration utility if it cant be used?

any other suggestions?

Yes it seems that you have to post it thru FA Journal to hit Item ledger Entry for Acquisition
In Migration window it shows all fields of that table so we have to select accordingly.
