Send mail options

Dear All,

One report has to be send If user click the send mail option from the file,At this time,the status of the one of the field in the Table should change from pending to complete.How I will acheive this.

Plz help on this....

I think it is impossible to handle menu File > Send mail....
You have to do all by yourself.
You have to create e-mail automation for e-mail sendings,
or if you use ms outlook express, you can use Coodeunit 397 functionality.
