Key to understand Tools -> Translate -> Export result file

Need to parse file to be able to write tool which helps to translate easily.
For example, we have

T3-P2818-L30:Payment Terms
T3-P8629-A1033-L999:Payment Terms
T3-P8629-A2060-L999:Conditions de paiement
T3-P8629-A2067-L999:Betalingscondities
T3-P4960-V1000-P2818-L30:PaymentTermsTranslation
T3-F1-P2818-L30:Code
T3-F1-P8629-A1033-L999:Code
T3-F1-P8629-A2060-L999:Code
T3-F1-P8629-A2067-L999:Code
... etc

Anyone knows where to find documentation for letters and numbers, used here?
I know something, it is logically understandable that T3 is Table 3, A1033 - language code for ENU, F1 is Field with ID 1, V1000 is variable with ID 1000, but what does mean L30, L999, P2818, P8629. I'm too lazy to gather information from scraps myself, want documentation

P8630 - Page Name
P8631 - Tool Tip
P8632 - Option String
P8629 - if here is -Sxxx - Data Item
else if it is in table object - Field Name
else if there is -Cxxx and after that -Mxxxx - Menu Item
else if there is -Cxxx - Text Box
else it is name of the object
P2818 - Group

it is what I am using. I am sure that there is more cases... (P as Property...)

It is easier to get a translation tool from Microsoft. If you create add-ons and have agreement for this you can get this for free (as i remember)

This tool is not what I want to do with translation file #-o
I'm not good enough in reverse engineering , so the main thing to do is to understand all the meaning of any symbol in file to translate... :?
