Service Module Implementation Reg.

Dear All!

We are at the first step of bringing out implementaion of Navision, Means the under going project is our first project. We need to implement Service Module. I request u ppl to guide us how to get in to start up with?
We need to cover from the service call been logged in till its getting closed. Looking forward for ur valable replies Thks!

Implementing without having experience/training is certainly the worst thing for any project. You should refer to the manuals and engage a senior personnel of your company to help you in the implementation.
