Please tell me if Granule 5810 has not been taken the but 3550 has been taken in License then Will Requistiion worksheet fucntionality run or not.

This is not possible....
Yes this will work I believe. 5810 is the manufacturing based supply planning where 3550 is a pre-requisite, but the reverse is not true, because you can use the requisition worksheet to plan for purchases when no manufacturing elements are involved - straight distribution etc.
