Login failed when connecting to SQL Server

NAV Server is installed on SERVER1, SQL Server 2005 is installed on SERVER2.

When I open Role Tailored Client installed on my workstation and try to connect to SERVER1/DynamicyNAV I get the following error:
The login failed when connectiong to SQL Server SERVER2.

However, if I open Role Tailored Client on SERVER1 it connects to server and opens company without a problem.
Classic client on my workstation also connects to SERVER2 using Windows Authentification without a problem.

The Role Tailored Client only works on SQL Server.

    I am using SQL Server.
SERVER1 is middle tier server which connects to SERVER2 - the SQL 2005 Server.

    Have you configured delegation?
There are no bugs - only undocumented features.

    Not yet

I've contacted our domain admin to configure them. I hope this will solve the problem.

    Thank you for your suggestion.

I am having the same problem, but our System Administrator does not permit to 'Raise Domain Functional Level' to 'Windows Sever 2003'; since there are still Windows 2000 machines in the domain.

Should it be sufficient to set only the option 'Trust computer for delegation' on SERVER1?
