Failure in syncronizing MobileSales and NAV

Hello,
I've downloaded the VPC image for Microsoft Dynamics NAV 4.0 SP3 from partner source.
I have the virtual machine running but when I try to sync and send the orders from the mobile device to Nav I always get the answer that the synchronization has failed. Error:
"The server cannot process the request. The following error has occurred: No Microsoft Dynamics NAV Business Connectors are available to process your request. Exception of type 'Microsoft.Dynamics.Mobile.Server.Services.Document.ServiceUnavailableException' was thrown."
Can someone help?
