CURRENTDATETIME is off by about 6 hours

I am retrieving the CURRENTDATETIME and writing it to transactions I am creating. The time appears to be off by about 6 hours from the system time.
This is in NAV5SP1 on 64 bit Windows 2008 server.
Is this a known problem? Any fixes?
