Query and tables

Dear folks, I use Microsoft Query (from excel) for showing amounts and work with them. I get the Item table to know the cost of my stock. I choose "Rep.Vendor" (a field that ) I've created, Inventory and Unit cost. After I multiply Inventory by Unit cost and it shows me the total cost of the stock from that vendor.
But know I want do the same but doing by Location, but there is not the Location field in this table. I've try to choose another table and unite the fields but it doesn't work. I don't know what table can I use to know this quantities by Location. Any idea please?.
