Object in 2009 not working navision5

Hi friends
We have 2 systems of navision 2009 and other in nav5 . The problem is when we create an object in 2009 and import it into nav5 it is not work it always restarts when you go to the tables design or run option.


The concept is we have created around 10 table and 20 forms in 2009 and we need to use this in nav5
but when we import it gets imported but after that we are not able to go to design mode of the table nor is the table running also.


Please do provide us a faster and better solution thereby the work is not affected,Thanks in advance

The NAV 2009 have some new properties which are not in NAV 5.0. Try to export the objects as text and import it into NAV 5.0. It will fail on the properties which are not known in NAV 5.0 and you can than delete the appropriate lines from the txt file and import it again...

If u have created a table in NAV 2009 classic client & you want to import it in NAV 5 then you have to save that object in text format & then open it in notepad & remove these 3 lines
FIELDGROUPS
{
}
Now try to import it.
& then compile it, hope it's works.
