Qty on Hand does not match my item trackin entries. why????

Hi,

I have a problem here that I dont understand. My item card says that I have 27 units in inventory.
20 in location A and 7 in location B.
However, when I checked I can see that I only have 10 in my item tracking with 3 separate lots nos: Lot A with 4 units; Lot B with 4 units and Loc with 2 units.
In my ILE , i can see that i did transfers also but all came in and Out. SO what could be the problem???

Note that this can only be done through modifying the Item Tracking Code validation trigger on the Item table.

By default, you cannot change the item tracking code if there are entries posted.

which settings are you using for item tracking? specific or any other....have you done any customisation related to lot tracking?
