Interactions issues

I'm relatively new on Navision. I would like to know how does the interactions work on Navision. I have made some manual interactions and there were no issues. But, there are many other questions I have. I will appreciate any answer to them:
- How can I create an automatic Interaction with attached document to a specific event? Is that possible?
I.E.: When push the Release button on the Sales Order form I want to send an E-Mail by using Interactions.
- Is it possible to attach more than one document to an Interaction?
Also, if you have some tutorial or similar it will help.
