help me about Machine and Work Centers at planning

Hi,
Can you help me about Machine and Work Centers at planning?
The problem is that;
I have 5 similar machine centers. I linked them to one Work Center. While I was planning in worksheet, the system is planning them step by step. For starting the second Item,it must finished the first Item.
Think that you are in the textile sector and you will make some kind of clothes,similar. you have a lot o f similar machines that makes the same job. You linked them to some work centers. Do you have to plan them step by step? Will the other machines wait for the previous one? No!must be the answer. all machines have to work concurrent.
I could not understand here?

if you want the machines to work concurrent then you must use parallell routings.
On the routing header switch type to parallell an use next and previous operation no. to define which operations should be concurrent.
