error-installation of assembly component (not C++ or .NET)

I'm trying to install Dynamics NAV 5.0 SP1 on a Windows Server 2008 machine and I get the error in the attached image.

I've tried installing .NET Framework 3.5 and Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86) with no effect.

I can, however, install NAV 5.0.



Can somebody shed some light on this? ](*,)

Have you tried to run the installation as Administrator (UAC)?

I have the same problem. Tried diffrenet ways - through Autorun and directly exe and msi, also as Administrator. ](*,)
Any tip ?

The instalation was run while logged on as administrator.
