Transfer items

Hello,

We recently upgraded from 2.6 to 5.0.

Previously, in 2.6, we can transfer item from one location to another with simply selecting the type "transfer" on item journal line.

Now, on 5.0, this type on item journal doesn't exist.

When I look on documentation, I find that it's now possible with transfer order. And for that, we don't have the right granule, and must purchase it.

Is it true, that it's now the only solution to transfer items ?

Why must I pay for a new granule when it was a possibility i purchase with my original licence.
We must pay a maintenance contract + pay for granule added (for a fonctionnalty previously existing...) ?
