TAPI without Windows Dialer

The Standard TAPI uses the Dialer from Windows. Is it possible to connect directly the TAPI Interface without Dialer? Thanks a lot for your response.

Yes, cant rmember exactley where but you will need to choose the Tapi in windows setup. I know I integrated our office ip telephone system which is TAPI 2.0 compliant and that initially tried to use windows dialer
