HI,
I have a document to approve, if someone approves it then i need to store the user id of that person in Approved by field.

- New field "Approve Status", Option (Not Approved,Approved Level 1, Approved Level 2)
- New field "Approved By"
On Change "Approve Status", if new status is different of "Not Approved" then "Approved By" := USERID
Be carefull, this approval system is not really convenient because everybody can approve everything.
But oh my foes and oh my friends, it gives a lovely light
