Problems with Rollback of NAS

Hi,

we have some problems with CGRS / NAS and Biztalk 2006R2

if a document from biztalk is sent via CGRS / NAS to Navision and an error occurs in the XML-Port an entry in the eventlog of type warning says "the document cannot be transferred". Unfortunately there is no rollback into the Biztalk Resumable Queue. So no other feedback than the entry in eventlog.

Has anyone had the same problems and solved it ?

The same problems occur if the NAS has lost the connection to the SQL-Server ( SQL-Server is rebooted,... )
Seems that the CGRS-Component doesn't get any feedback that the NAS isn't working in that case. so the incoming documents vanished out of biztalk ( ok - they are in the Health and Activity tracking if tracking is enabled ).
