That has been posted before, but can't find the topic real quick. So instead of linking them together, let me just to add the new help files to this thread

Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 Developer Help
This replaces the help files on the product CD. I asked, and there are no plans to replace the help files on the product CD until SP1, so until further notice you will have to replace the help files with these in every installation.
