Regarding Licence issue, can i use the license which i have purchased for Navision 4.0. Or we have a purchase a new one for Navision 2009?

If you are current on your enhancement plan, you should be able to get an updated license, just request it through your NAV partner. If you are not current, then you will have to catch up on that before you will get an updated license. If you are not willing to catch up on your enhancement plan, then you will have to purchase a new one.
