Problem to disable Journal Recipient

Hello guy's,

I have a problem in Private Message Queues. The problem consists in the exceeded oversize limit of Journal box and NAS can't process more messages.

Now the Customer can't use the Journal Message option, so i disabled the option of all private message queue boxes and the problem was temporarily solved.
When NAS restarts, the option of Journal is automaticly enabled.

I can't understand why is this happening... is there any configuration/solution to solve this problem??

Note: I'm using NAV 4Sp3 ( tecnical upgrade from 4Sp2) with MS SQL Server 2005 and the O/S is MS Server

Messages queres are created in NAV or already exists in MSMQ? Messages manually created you should have any problems.
