NFServer2.0 and NFServer2.6 on one machine

We want to install 2 Serverversions on one machine for a customer.

He wants to have access to his "old data" for statistics and his operative system for work.

We had problems with the start of the 2 services - we could start either/or but not both. We use different ports and have updated the host and services files.

Any ideas???

    oh ..... I forgot to mention which versions.

    It´s 2.00 and 2.60.

    We have both running on our development server. You could try looking at the startup parameters. Go into dos/ into the server directory and type server . This will show you all the current parameters.
    Things to look for are
    1. Both database= same database name
    2. Cache= for both is larger than memory on server/available

    Finally, the host and service file. Make sure there isn't an extension on the file and that the service name is not referenced more than once. Most of the problems are associated with these files. I hope this helps.
