I dont know much about sendkeys,
so is it possible to import objects using sendkeys???

But regarding the automatic object import - I am not sure if it is good thing, depends on when it will be used. Do not forget that it can lead to situations when modifications are lost...

Don't import objects with sendkey. What is, when an error pops up? What is if the import rebuild indexes and your sendkey routine send a key ;-)
Import the objects with the object designer or, if you use 5.01 use the C/front.dll and there the ImportFob function.
