Our client currently uses NAV 3.6 and also subscribes to an online website that provides tax forms called fast tax ecomply. Inside ecomply they are able to select a drop down box and select specific forms. However when NAV is installed and they go to the website and select the dropdown none of the links to the forms appear.
We've started with a new computer and had fast tax working as we've installed various programs and the troubles begin as soon as Nav is installed.
Any ideas on what may cause this and how it can be solved would be appreciated.

Have you tried installing nav first & then fast tax?

Those are the correct links and we are in contact with their support, although they haven't been much help so far.
I was hoping someone else had run into a similar issue.
