Outlook Integration in Nav 5.0 SP1

Hi all,

I'm using Nav 5.0 SP1(Native);
MS Office Outlook 2007 does not syncronize my data with Cronus data.

When I press the button Syncronize in MS Outlook it shows


But do nothing!
What is the reason ??

How can I solve these problem ??

Hi Expert,

I have created some Cantact in the Cronus and MS Office Outlook 2007 also.
Try Suncronization from MS Office Outlook 2007 .

But it does not work.

I hv got these error message in the Troubleshooting window after
Syncronization process finished.

The folder for Administrator cannot be opened. Please check that it is specified correctly.

The folder for Microsoft Dynamics NAV Meetings cannot be opened. Please check that it is specified correctly.

The folder for Microsoft Dynamics NAV Meetings cannot be opened. Please check that it is specified correctly.

The folder for Microsoft Dynamics NAV Salespeople cannot be opened. Please check that it is specified correctly.

What is the solution ??

Hi All,

AFAIK I have done all of the necessary setup.
I have created some Task/Contact in MS Office Outlook 2007 as well as Cronus.
but syncronization does not update my MS Office Outlook 2007 as well as Cronus.

Is any thing I have to check please suggest me.

I have same message.

Problem with Outlook synchro.
We have correctly installed the Database server (Native), the Nas and the add-in.
Therefore we tested the connection succesfully.

 
We can also synchronize some elements from Nav to Outlook. In this case : the sales people card (name, email, phone …).

 
When we try, in the same way to synchronize other elements, we get 2 error messages from NAV and from outlook.

I installed all the patch for office 2007. Result is the same.
