Customer Sales History- Slow/Hangs

Hi

My client is running on NAV 4 SP2 .

Customer Sales History is working fine for some customers but for some customers it is taking more time or some times it hangs.

I have checked the Keys & other possible code is this some thing related to Customer No.. or some wrong date entries etc...

What needs to be check is there anu bus in this ver..

    1) Native or SQL?
    2) Did you tried to use Client Monitor to see what takes so long?

    Hi
    It's on SQL.
    It's very strange issue working fine for some cutomers having large data but stucks for some customers or hangs for customer having 1-2 entries.

    yes i have use client monitor.....but not very much help

    All depends on exact version of NAV client, SQL updates and SPs installed, hardware configuration etc.

    If all your clients are on the same version and it hangs only on a couple of customers, then I'd place my money on the hardware configuration. What is the specification for your client?

    Hi Just Check with Client Monitor for a cuctomer
    it's taking time in this

    Elapsed Time (ms) 296703

    Very strange why it's looking for line no.>10000????
    for other customers it's looking for line no. > 10000

    Any thing wrong in data??

    Please help
