Well the major reason for us not supporting SP2 is because of "Windows Installer 3.5" dependency in our installation program. So if "Windows Installer 3.5" is not installed on a Windows XP with SP2, we will not have 1 click install for our Demo Installation.
Windows Installer 3.5 is included in SP3.

I hv installed Nav2009 in Windows XP Service Pack 2 system and it's working fine.
Windows Installer 3.5 is included in SP3.
