Long time in Delivery of Materials in Sub Contracting Order

Hi Pals
At the time of sending the materials to the sub contractor using the subcontracting order, it is taking long time(approximately 5 mins).And i will have only 10 to 15 items to send.And this locks the other users for posting the receipts, output journal.Can anyone tell me where could be the problem and what is the solution

What are you actually doing in NAV? You have a subcontracting operation and using the worksheet to action the purchase orders? What part is taking five minutes? Any modifications to this area?

I have generated the sub contracting order and i am sending the items to the sub contracting location from the "order subcon details"

>Delivery Details .It will create a delivery challan after sending the items.To create the Delivery challan, the system is taking very long time.
We have not customised anything in sub contracting order.

Is "Delivery Challan" a localisation or a modification?

There is no customisation in delivery challan

So it is a localisation then as I have no idea what a "Challan" is
