Setup Machine Center As a Process Stage

Dear All,

I have a doubts on setup a machine center as a stage for a process industry.

Example:- I have a product receipi which need to go through 5 process ( machine). Each of the machine will consumed raw material and output as WIP which will be input for second process stage until last stage output as Finish Goods.

I have try many methods to handle the machine but i'm realize the item card only can tagged with 1 routing.Can i say that, in standard Navision, there is no way to setup machine center as a process stage ?

In Navision 5, how to handle the above process? anyone got idea ?

NAV will handle elements of process but there are Process add-ons catering for the industry. I would guess the first question for you would be whether you ever need to account for the WIP or treat it as stock, depends on the process, cost and industry flow really.
