Error in - "Exchange production BOM Item" Batch Job

Hi,
While using the "Exchange production BOM Item" batch job in Nav 4.0 Sp3 the items are replaced from the original Prod. BOM and not form the latest version of BOM.
What can I do to get latest Prod. BOM version being modified.
