Returning Items With Item Tracking Funcionality

Hello,
i want to return a item from a customer, with item tracking funcionality, but when i'm in the Receipt Document, i can't see the original Serial N.º of the Item i send to the customer, to return exactly the same item i want.
Anyone Help me....

Is it Sales or purchases side? In both you can go to Line - Item Tracking Entries or you can find the Serial No in the Item Ledger Entry related to the receipt or shipment.
