Developer toolkit-Error:"Login failed for 'sa' "

Hello,

I want to do upgradation for one client.
But i am facing problem in developer toolkit.I have created a new DB in Nav 4 sp3 client.then import devtool.fob in that. close client.Now whenever I open developer toolkit>>File>>open >>databse where i am giving all needful information ( i mean server name,user id,password,etc.) and when i click on Database name to open my DB,Developer toolkit is throwing an error, that is :
"Login failed for 'sa' "
that means I am unable to enter in Db using Developer toolkit and so unable to do all further process.
I have also searched in Mibuso and Pdf of toolkin (installation) , no relevant information was obtained.

Kindly help in this matter ASAP.Its really urgent.
