MenuItem (Action->LookUpTable)

Hi,
I made a Form similar to the normal Forum/Subform layout. then i placed a MenuButton and in the MenuItems i created an entry and defined as Action LookupTable. (with the ShortCut F5).
Everything worked fine.
Due to license issues i had to renumber all the Forms and Tables, now i dont find the place where i can change my LookupTable entry, it still refers to the wrong place. Where can i change that "Reference"?
