Dataport for BLOB field

Dear all,
Im using Navision 4.0 SP3
How can i create a dataport when one or more field is a BLOB type.
Everytime i try to save it, i have an error like this :
"The DataType BLOB is not valid for the SourceExpr"
If dataport cant handle this kind of problem, is there any other way, so i can export and import the data that contains a BLOB data?
