Round Function

Dear All,
I have confusion in round function. Can you tell me how the round function
exactly works. Suppose if the number is 1234.56789, Precision=1.23 and direction='>', then
what should be the answer of the round function? Kindly explain the answer also.

1234.56789 -> to the upper of 1.23
--->>>
1234.56789 / 1.23 = 1003,7137317073170731707317073171 >~ 1004

1004 * 1.23 = 1.234,92

Based on, that the '.' in 1234.56789 is a comma and in 1.23 is a comma

Thats simple mathematics ;-)
