Error With import hotfix

Hi Experts,
I am Importing 5.0 HOTFIX IN 4.0 SP3,Then I am getting an error like ' you don't have permission to import the field of field names (with 16000 series.).
I got solution from this forum is ' import hotfix fobs directly then import mergerd text file.'
But i want any other alternative solution for this Error.
