BA Configurator error during SQL check

Hello,

I have a mistake with BA configurator.
When BA check the requirements I have an error with "check for sql server"
initialize--> success
check for SQL Server 2005 --> SQL server 'name of my server' not found

I have check SQL security, Firewall.... and it's OK.

How can I do to reslove my problem ?

Hi. I have the same problem.

I suspect the server name could be the problem.

My server name is 'SRV-DC' and the SQL instance name is 'SRV-DC\SQL2005'.
The sign '-' could be the problem.

The message is 'SQL SERVER SRV-DC not found'
but the SQL SERVER is SRV-DC\SQL2005, not SRV-DC!

So, what SQL instance name do you have?
