Total Amount in Purchase or Sale transaction

Hi,

Can anybody tell why Navision Sales Order/Purchase Order is not showing the Net value of a transaction? Or is there any provision to get it on both Order forms?

My issue is, when am making a receipt and invoice from a purchase order, I am not able to see the final bill amount. I would like to see whether the amount is correct or not, becoz once i post the document, i cant change.

If you are asking about the final bill amount including all the taxes/charges, hit f9 or click invoice>statistics before posting the invoice. you can also check it for posted invoice.

There are a multiple of ways:

1. Hit F9
2. Copy the lines to Excel
3. Print and preview the purchase/sales order.
