NAS Error - NAS error root element missing

Hi,

I always have this kind of message : NAS error root element missing

What could be the problem? Does someone has alreadu encounter that type of problem?

This occurs only when i want to choose a picking document or a putaway document.

I am able to go over different options but not able to open a document from the scanner.

    Is one of the job that your NAS should do to handle XML Files with XMLPort?If yes, check the XML file for the root node

    You can debug the NAS to see (which object) where the error comes.

    That message means that your XML is not well formed. Add a root element, an element that is the root for all other elements, that only occurs once.

    I am also having this same problem.
    Can someone please post the required versions of these files so I can check to verify we are using the latest ones?
