Bill of lading summary line table

It's table 14000825 for those who use e-ship & the edi module.
Does anyone know why this table doesn't clear.
We never post bill of ladings and after I export the ASN to a text file - I delete the Bill of ladings.
All other BOL tables are empty but this one. It appears to build forever unless it's some old bug I never got fixed?

I believe there is a field called Posted, and when you post the BOL, it checks that flag. There is no posted BOL table0
